« My blood is (and) your blood »
The totem pole is made up from two elements. The core is a big felt hand-made with dyed carded wool in 2005. It measures 100 x 230 cm. To enhance the concept of archaic relationship an even longer cotton fabric, which was blood red painted, was added for the Verona event. This big felt originating from 2005 may be considered my most significant work so far. It has been created for a solo exhibition in the ancient Lavatoio of Rio nell' Elba (public wash-house). Its title is «my blood is (and) your blood».
